Carmina Burana suite, and composed by a German named Carl Orff. It and "Dies Irae" in Giuseppe Verdi's
Requiem are two common choral choices. "Mars, the Bringer of War" by Gustav Holst, part of
The Planets Suite, is another classical piece that comes to mind. It's about 6 minutes long, but doesn't mean he couldn't edit out a 2 minute section of it.
