Don't bother with the pushups. Do hardcore situps and other ab exercises to mush that ****brick you've got inside you back into a pulp. Then it'll be ready to slide out like a skinny kid on a flume.
Or hold up a liquor store and then escape on foot. The combination of fear, excitement, cv exercise and general jigging about should help you knock down that internal log-cabin you've managed to build.
