I can't really relate because it was never a problem for me. But, judging by my experience with other fags (which are the biggest and horniest sluts on the planet I'd imagine), there would be no problems if you just say upfront you're not interested in he/she/it sexually...unfortunately I think it's necessary to point that out...people are just...horny...

I don't think you should make a big deal out of it, she tried, you (hopefully) politely refused...all is well with the world.
