*hugs* Yes, Bob Marley, and the Chili Peppers. I'd say it's improved greatly.
Here are my reasons:
Bob Marley: Truely made Reggae what it is today, I think think the single most important musical figure of the 20th century, in terms of influence.
Yes: Pure Musical virtuosity, and they were pretty groundbreaking with their arrangements. Don't forget to add Rush and King Crimson! Oh, and I forget that Pink Floyd need to get moved up to.
Red Hot Chili Peppers: The first funk band to breakthrough to the mainstream. Not to mention they are all extremely talented, escpecially Michael Balzary(Flea).
