Why are you texting him back if you want nothing to do with him?
Why are you even meeting up with him if you want nothing to do with him?

Also I don't see how you can get him done for sexual harassment if you don't work there anymore and you are sending him texts about being in bed. I think he has a point , I think you do like the attention in some way , maybe not how he thinks but I think you like being in the centre of a little drama.

I say break all contact with him , block him IMs , ignore his texts & if he keeps on tell your boyfriend and let him warn this guy off.
