So it's not surprising that the 60's and 70's aren't doing that well. Which is meaningless, since everything is subjective and there is no "best" decade. Just because the 60's/70's get fewer votes here, doesn't mean the music was somehow "worse".
The 80's aren't my favorite, but I have to admit it was a decade of great change in music. Several completely new genres came on the scene in the 80s, and some genres that were born earlier evolved in the 80's.
Not the best, IMHO, but an interesting decade nonetheless.
