You MUST know that you've got this wrong.
When it says that rap music sales have decline by X%, it looks at the average sales for that genre (100%) and compares it to the sales from today. It isn't comparing it to the percentage of other genres out of 100. I guess you had to include this for your argument to make any semblance of sense though.
