Well then that would be the person's own fault for taking so much of it. That doesn't disprove that "drugs are only as bad as the person whos doing them makes them." In fact, it backs it up.
I'd agree that, usually, drugs
are only as bad as the person who's doing them makes them. Only exception I can think of would be when people are sold laced drugs.
