Level 42 and The Human League were probably the main ones for me and I remember listening to Massive Attack's Protection, The Stranglers' Greatest Hits and the Electric Dreams and Lost Boys soundtracks in the car all the time. I think my parents were the biggest influence on my taste in music now.

I can't listen to any of that stuff without remembering my childhood.
