I agree. certain cities especially stand out... Brighton for example has a very diverse but very distinct scene.. Here in Nottingham (and also Sheffield) theres alot of stoner doom that is significantly different from the releases coming over from the US.. In Norwich there was a very strong punk and hardcore scene.. havent come across any similar bands in the midlands.

Theu difference between American/British/European music is also noticable IMO.
