been a Neil fan for years and years and i'm only 22, his music is really accessible for people of all backgrounds i think. i hadn't thought alot about his influence on grunge but i now agree 100% that he could be considered the grandfather of grunge. i'd be interested to get some insight from bands like the buzz****s or green river about neil's influence on them. we all know that pearl jam wouldn't be where they are today with neil young, i think we can safely include other big ones like soundgarden or even alice in chains in that group? i wonder about what kurt cobain had to say, if anything, about neil?
