"Spectrum"
I've had dreams
But then again
There are dark nights,
Nights bearing nothing
Nights in which my third eye
Shows me nothing
There is a colour darker than pitch black
If you're well-informed
Like me,
I am--
It, colour, lack thereof, so to speak
An unfamiliar resolution
Found only in the most desolate,
Apathetic visions of our creator's dreams
But it is not white, nor grey--
Nor any colour conceived in the ambiguity of nature, I can inform you
If our creator proclaimed light to be good
Then this non-existance surely is the quintessence of evil
I have been in his eye,
As all of us have--
And it is proof that there is colour
In these words of emptiness
There is colour. Here,
Me, and you, are well-endowed,
But, in sleep--
Dreams, surely we are lacking
