Click Start --> Run...
Type cmd in the box and click OK.
Type:
ping
www.musicbanter.co.uk
then press enter. You should get 4 replies. If not type:
ping 70.86.51.100
then press enter. You should get 4 replies.
Post the results of the above and we'll work from there.
