Peter Murphy and Japan's bassist Mick Karn did an album together under the band name Dali's Car. Worth checking out if nothing else, with this album.

Tones On Tail - 'Pop' is an interesting album and anything by Love & Rockets.

If you like Joy Division try Section 25 and The Sound.
