Default Rant & Rave.

I am not surprised that Boston, is leading in the vote's so far. I wounder if part of the reason is, their first album was so big. (I am sure it is). Just about every song on they're debut album got alot of air play, and they still do, on classic rock stations. (Let alone), they were all great songs also. But Boston never did anything after that, That even slightly compared to their first album. If I am correct, Boston spent a couple of years +, in the studio cutting their first album. I also believe that they were very good in concert(Live). - (Then you have Journey), So many albums with atleast one or two hits off each release. They could nail it!, when it came to rock, And they could smooth it out, when it came to love ballads. As far as top 40 hits, I would guess that Journey would lead in that catagory. (Steve Perry), I dont think Ive seen anyone put more emotion, and at the same time, make it look so easy. Any better than he could. Such a powerful/emotion/range/etc. lead vocal's. (They are both great bands), Boston/Journey, that I have to agree that, Disturbed/Godsmack are not even close in comparison, At the level of talent, style, etc. (But, I still like them). I am curious to see if the majority of votes will bring Journey back to 1st. in the poll's. It seems that Boston gets alot more air time, on classic radio stations than Journey does. I think that most people who vote for Boston, are not from the same age group, as the ones that vote for Journey. (mid 40s to 50yrs.old). You had to be there. This is just an opinion, it holds no truth of fact. As for myself, without thinking much about it, and no debate. {JOURNEY} is my vote.
