Three out of my five are just plain ska. I was hesitant to put THE FLAMING TSUNAMIS as they only have elements of ska. I'm surprised you have put REEL BIG FISH as they are Ska by numbers. I also like:

Toyko Ska Paradise Orchestra.
New York Jazz Ska Ensemble.
