I'm very surprised this thread has gotten barely any love. Cease Upon The Capitol is one of the few active screamo bands that are truly legit and doing something unique/new.
ANYWAY, news is that this band will possibly be breaking up soon. I received this message from my friend a few days ago when he was trying to book a few shows:

I had a pretty long convo with Cease Upon The Capitol and according to them their on sort of a hiatus that may be permanent so im quite upset about that, but that's just judging by the way he was talking. Saying they're not going to be booking any more shows, they have 1 more thing recorded that has yet to be released and all this, but of course he said things may change.
