80's they had the good old school metal bands still goin like priest maiden etc and in the late 80s the thrash bands!! but sayin that i could vote for the present coz the old bands are still going strong and makein new albums, maiden,priest,slayer, anthrax, megadeth etc but u get new bands too :s umm cant decide lol
