i just need to do something,....
its startin to effect my social life, and my friends are gettin pretty tired of me sleeping until noon
plus its cuttin in on my prime fishing time,...
i think i'll go to the heath food store tomorrow and see if they carry anything 'herbal',......
i've also uped my runnin from two miles, to three an afternoon in hopes that will wipe me out too
