This statement seems to suggest that she's already in talks with lobbyists, and the lobbyists are just nonsensically throwing money her way, on the grounds of hoping she will be elected, so it won't all be for nought. I can only hope that is true, if so it deems very well for the prospects of my candidate.

Woops, I thought it was a state-wide thing. Turns out it was just NYC. Still, a pretty good law, though, you have to admit. I'll find some other good stuff Hillary has done, to throw all the doubters' ways.
