After almost 3 and a half years, critically-acclaimed post-punk group Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds make a new album, called Dig, Lazarus, Dig!!!. Now, I haven't heard any of The Bad Seeds' other works from the 2000's, and I know one thing for sure, I hope they are better than this.
No songs really grabbed my attention, however, none were truly awful. I prefer my Nick Cave dark and depressing, not this, whatever you call it.

The Bad Seeds don't sound like a six men blues ensemble but like some garage band tributing the psychedelic era without any real inspiration (ie. Grinderman bull****). The lyrics are throwaway and the vocals rather mindless shouting and blabbering.
For now, I remain unimpressed.
