I like The Toasters but I only have one album of theirs. The Slackers and Scofflaws are new to me (cough cough). However a lot of the Punk/ska stuff can sound pretty samey after a while. Have you ever heard Flamimg Tsunamis? They are a hardcore band who then go off into Ska tangents but can do both genres well and respectfully. I am very surprised that you dont like 2-tone.
