You're both LSF n00bs! I'd say just go in chronological order through their discog, or if you want to go in order of quality:
Inches > Go Forth > Rome (Written Upside Down) > The Cat and the Cobra > 3/5 > Let's Stay Friends
They also have two little EPs, Plagues and Snakes and an Australian tour one, but they're not really worth tracking down unless you really, really like them.
