I also got Never Mind The Bollocks as one of my first albums, along with RHCP - Californication and Gun's N' Roses - Appetite For Destruction, both not as good in hindsight.
I didn't have any really influence from my parents, they never really listened to music. They had a load of records by Hendrix, Blondie, The Doors and the like but it was never pressed upon me. The one act i got into due to them was Patti Smith after nicking a CD of my mum. I always associate Dancing Barefoot with her.
