what about em? some are out of position, but then as some photo's were cropped this is to be expected
some of them apear to be behind objects, but this has only been noted on white objects, it's not uncommen for a bright colour to bleed into a darker colour in photos

IN THE SKY, you just can't see them due to the light from the sun, just as you can't see stars during the day, or if you stand under a lamp post
