When I'm tripping, I can for the most part still tell what is real (or atleast minutely plausible), but the auditory hallucinations just throw me the f*ck off. The voices are exactly the same as you have always heard them, so it is impossible to tell if you are tripping or if it is real. It can really mess with your head.
