I wouldn't classify him as overrated. I think Lil Wayne has the potential to become one of the greatest rappers of all time, however I think he is motivated to get as much money as he can rather than become the greatest rapper ever. I think as time passes on and even evidenced by "Lolipop", he will conform to the mainstream demand rather than reaching his full potential.
