I went from buying my cd's from Best Buy a long time ago, to downloading from iTunes to about a year ago switching to Yahoo Music & now I'm with AudioDig.net since its got alot more to offer than those other places. (Plus its Free)  |
I download most of my stuff now, but when a new band/album really blows me away, I order the CD from my favorite store in California, they have a great selection especially of hard to find imports. I did some i-tunes dl's but I don't have an i-pod, I listen to my music on my surround system. Also I want the full WAV file of a band I'm really into, not a compressed version so i-tunes, amazon, etc. have limited use as far as I'm concerned. Don't get me wrong checking out a new song/album in mp3 format is okay, but I'll eventually buy the CD if I really like it.
