Well, actually speaking though, he isn't overrated.
Nobody talks about him other than 14 year old wanna-be kids on youtube.(correct me if I'm wrong)
And those guitar ratings were based of Speed. Not on the music. So, in that sense, i guess he might get a bit of recognition here and there.(Not my kind of music though)
