I haven't looked at all 13 pages of posts but I haven't seen anyone else list Jane's Addiction or Beastie Boys. Both Ritual de la Habitual and Check your Head were revolutionary and mind blowing when they came out!

Most under rated 90's band, They Might Be Giants- specifically the album Flood.

GWS is definitly one of the most crazy and funny albums I have ever heard.

I admit though - to not listening to the Pod. I've been intending to buy it (5th Ween Album it would be) but I plan on getting Quebec first.
The Pod is alright and a definite must form anyone into Ween but I would say mostly for progression and historical purposes. It's fabulous to hear them reinvent those songs and bring them up to date in live recordings.
Quebec is great, I hear a bit of Pink Floyd influence, circa the The Wall.
