Soundgarden is the highest point in Chris Cornell's career. With hits like Black Hole Sun, Rusty Cage, Outshined, and Spoonman you just can't go wrong with Soundgarden. Temple of the Dog was just starting point for Chris Cornell and Eddie Vedder's career. When he joined the remaining members of Rage Against the Machine and made their first Audioslave album I thought it was pretty good. Cochise, Like a Stone, and Show Me How to Live were all great tracks from that album. Then Out of Exile came out and it was alright. The only track I really liked was Doesn't Remind Me. I think Revelations was a very poor album. I really haven't heard any of his solo stuff so I really can't judge that. I think he's gettin' really mainstream now because I heard he's working with Timbaland. I hope he doesn't go all mainstream pop and sell out. I would be very disappointed.
