This was going to be 'THE' movie for genre specific fans-post apocalyptic set up, 80's movie nods, British director and genuine movie fan too. Alas I have heard that it sucks which is a major dissapointment to me. Having grown up with films such as 'Death Race 2000', 'Escape From New York', 'Mad Max', 'The New Barbarians' and '2019 The Fall Of New York' I was hoping for a well crafted slice of exploitation
. I will give it a watch when it hits shiny disc (next month) just to sate my curiosity.
