Yes, slavery is more of indictment of human nature and the corruption of power in general than it is a specific ethnic group. Just as any other ethnic group could have played the role of the exploited, any bergouning dynasty could have played the role of the exploiter.
I also think its kinda' fukked that y'all are taking savannah's affinity for an important and historically rich era of American history and using it to accuse her of being racist.
