Undecided, because I don't know how to judge this. Holding it to Bright Eyes standards, it's average. Conor really tried to establish some merit as a folksy country singer with this, and the more I listen to it the more I think he did a good job with it...even though he's taking like a 180 with his music. It's like he took at step backwards from Cassadaga to make the missing album inbetween that and I'm Wide Awake..
The Mystic Valley band did a great job backing him though, I Don't Want to Die (in a hospital), NYC, Milk Thistle, and Cape Canaveral are favorites so far.
