Sure, in your opinion. In my opinion, it is quite amazing. I don't know if I'd call it seminal, as that implies ground-breaking to me. But ultimately, ground-breaking isn't all that important to me. Great music is, and I think Daydream Nation is some of the best music ever recorded.
