I guess I can't really call myself all that much of a metal fan, but I do like some of it for alot of the same reasons you guys do: gets me hyped up before a game. But I can't stand most nu metal. Everynow and then there is some ok nu metal, but jeez that stuff annoys me as much as screamo.
