I don't go around listening to weird and obscure stuff just so I can win arguments on a forum , I do it because I enjoy music and want to hear as much different stuff as possible, and quite honestly if all you can do is listen to stuff thats on the radio , TV or only listen to stuff thats sold millions of albums then yes I do feel superior to you. I've made an effort to learn stuff , i've made an effort to find new things. You have the internet as well , there's no reason you can't find them either. Whether it be Chilean techno , Greenland hip hop , obscure Krautrock or post punk albums that never sold more than a couple of hundred copies , i've made an effort to find this stuff and if I find it more exciting , more innovative and just downright better than your alternative rock sh
