Swervedriver? I've been listening to them obsessively over the last few days. I didn't really like them much when I first heard them ages ago, but they've grown on me considerably. Like a more accessible and more rockin' shoegaze band...well they got more accessible as they went on. But there's some really neat guitar work and the vocals are very different from what you'd normally assosiate with shoegaze bands. Raise, Ejector Seat Reservation and Mezcal Head are all sweet albums.
I'm going to see them next week as well. Imagine, seeing MBV and Swervedriver within two months of each other! Can't wait.
