Racists aren't cowards, they're just closed-minded. Whats cowardous about hating another race? I'm not racist, but every race does have a bad part to it that I dislike.
IMO it's not racist unless you hate another race based solely on the fact that they are of another race. If you have legitimate reasons to dislike an entire group of people then you are fully within your right to do so.
