The only thing I don't really like about last.fm is the way it scrobbles the amount of tracks you've listened to by each artist rather than the amount of time you've spent listening to each artist. Back when I had it, I was listening to more Charles Mingus than I was Black Flag but Black Flag were way higher up on my list just because they have shorter songs.

Well, that, and I don't like the way the "Similar Artists" thing is set up. Just because a lot of people that listen to, say, The Mars Volta, also listen to Radiohead doesn't necessarily mean the bands sound alike.
