you are missing the point
regardless of which theory we look at
if
at
any point
it is disproven by facts
then it was based on incorrect data and is not the correct answer
newtons laws were built on but ultimately disproved by einsteins theory of relativity
one day someone may come along and disprove einsteins theories
but not if everyone quits probing for the real answer
