Well, I'm a big fan of musicians like the Kinks, the Grateful Dead, CCR, the Doors, Pink Floyd, Yes and...first and foremost...Jimi Hendrix. I could go on for hours listing my favorites though. I'm also a very big fan of vinyl over the compact disc medium (I've amassed quite the collection over the last couple of decades) and I've tried my hand at writing music from time to time.
