A band only sells out when they are no longer musicians, but simply bitches to some corporation's marketing campaign.
Watch the music video for "Thanks for the Memories" by Fall out Boy, the product placement is so out in the open it's kind of pathetic.
But besides that they pretty much suck in every way, just watch a live performance.
