well, as poorly thought out and executed plans so often go, it went horribly wrong and the country itself isnt getting any compensation. The CEO's of private companies that have been given security contracts however have gotten a huge windfall since the beginning of the war. And funny, those same CEO's are very closely tied to the high ups in the bush administration...
