im fully aware of the real peace protests in history where
peace was actually in play. and though im offended by the amount of deaths to our troops and innocent iraqi people this war has amounted, i just cannot see what these protests are actually doing. half the people i saw in these protests were just uni students trying to look cool or tagging along with mates because they had nothing better to do.thats the annoying thing- that they didnt seem to actually care. and yes, the fact they were defacing their own city did annoy considering a main concept of peace is a "prosperous environment"...yeah so lets just litter hyde park. and contrary to what your saying about the police instigating most of the violence- from what i saw, it was actually the peace protestors. my rant basically is why cant the protestors actually adhere to the rules ans regulations, cause
no trouble and just conduct the protests amicably. while putting their rubbish in the bin
