I'm not too mad about the rankings -- PSU has the highest probability of staying undefeated ('Bama has to play LSU and probably Florida in the SEC championship, and Texas Tech has a rough schedule ahead of itself). It's just that people disrespect the Big Ten so much, regardless of how good a team may be.
Here's a handful of reasons why we should be ranked above Texas Tech:
1) One of the best defenses in the nation, allowing about 11 PPG (and six against Ohio State).
2) A GREAT running game and hands-down the best wide receivers in the nation.
3) A blooming quarterback who represents a dual threat.
