Police brutality and racism inspired NWA's songs. That's not cool either. Police brutality actually hurts the police more than anything because then you get songs like Police Story, **** the Police, Cop Killer, Pat Brown....
This stuff is not created in a vacuum. Rap, like punk, reggae and all rebel music, is an expression of pent-up outrage.
