South Park easily, even if this season has been crap. Early on it was just slapstick, but as it developed, there's not much which could beat its biting satire and sheer ridicule.
Family Guy can be ok but for a show so seemingly random, it is actually awfully formulaic. It's a mash-up of unrelated jokes/scenes which are mostly either flashbacks or pop-culture references.
