Its frustrating but its just something you have to go though. The same could be said for bench press, I used to bench 310 and now I struggle like a champ on 225 due to my right side. You need to start light and continue to stay light until it feels well enough to move up. It took me almost 4 months to get my body to the point where I could go up in bench press and leg press.
