Calgary based singer songwriter with a seriously unique voice, sort of a mix of The shins and The arcade fire lead singers...and maybe a bit of Vashti Bunyan. I've only got his latest album (it's his third), Soft airplane, which has all sorts of stuff like acoustic songs, some electronic bits, some epic some less so, mostly morbid and infectious, definitely worth checking out.
